Returns Policy

New Holland Publishers accept a customer return on titles within two (2) weeks of purchase or receiving your order due to a change of mind. The product/s must be in as original/new condition to be eligible for a return.

For office purchases, please see below In Office Pickup Returns Policy.

For online purchases, please contact the online customer service team to receive instructions prior to returning the product/s. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the online store for a full refund minus shipping.

Online Store Returns

To return an online order, please contact us to receive postage instructions.

You may return an online purchase within a reasonable timeframe of receiving it if:

The Product arrived damaged

The Product you received was different to the one ordered

The Product is mis-bound or faulty in any way

If your return meets any of the above conditions, you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product, please contact us directly and we can advise further.

Office Pickup Returns

If you have purchased a product/s from our office and wish to return it, the below will apply. For all returns, we do ask that the customer supply their name and telephone details.

The Product is faulty

The Product is not working as intended

Please note that if a return is requested and the above do not apply, the product/s will be assessed to determine if the customer may still have a right to a return or remedy if the purchased product/s do not meet one of the basic consumer guarantees.

New Holland Publishers will also accept a customer return on product/s, with a proof of purchase, within two (2) weeks of purchase due to a change of mind if.

The product/s are in as original/new condition

If you would like to return a product purchased online to a physical office, please contact the customer service team to receive instructions prior to going into the office. Failure to do so may result in your return being rejected.
